Week 1 - Day 3 - Activity 1

Hi!

In case you still don't know what the Summer Learning Journey is here is an explanation. The SLJ is a learning thing that helps you in the holidays to prevent the summer slide. The summer slide is something that means we lose lots of our learning in the holidays when we can prevent most of that by doing 3 blog posts a day for 4 weeks not including weekends. That means there are 60 blog posts that we can do to help us. Best of all this is a competition so each blog has a certain amount of points. So at the end of the holidays our points are added up and we get prizes.

For this activity this is what we have to do...

For this activity, let’s imagine that you could be a superhero for a day. What three superpowers would you most like to have?
On your blog, please list the three superpowers, tell us why you have chosen each one, and tell us what you are going to do with them.
Here is my work...

That was my work.
I hope you like it.
What powers would you choose?
What would you use them for?
Comment your super power.
Until next time...
Bye!

  1. Morena Abby,

Good stuff on another completed Summer Learning Journey blog post. You have been busy.

Having superpowers would be awesome! I would love to be able to teleport anywhere, imagine all the cool places you could go. I'd love to go on holidays and see my friends and whānau that live in other places in the world.
Do you have family or friends that live in other countries?

Until next time, happy blogging :)
    Emma

    1. Hi Emma, thank you for commenting on my blog. I don't think I have any family that lives in other countries and I don't have friends that live in other countries but lots of my family lives in wellington.
Would you be a hero or just use your powers for yourself?

      Kind regards,
      Abby.
