Week 1 - Day 2 - Activity 3

Hi!

In case you still don't know what the Summer Learning Journey is here is an explanation. The SLJ is a learning thing that helps you in the holidays to prevent the summer slide. The summer slide is something that means we lose lots of our learning in the holidays when we can prevent most of that by doing 3 blog posts a day for 4 weeks not including weekends. That means there are 60 blog posts that we can do to help us. Best of all this is a competition so each blog has a certain amount of points. So at the end of the holidays our points are added up and we get prizes.

Ok I am now on day two activity three, here is what we have to do.

For this activity, we would like to hear about a time when you, or someone you know, was brave like Sully.
On your blog, recount a time when you (or someone else you know) did something brave.

That was what we had to do.
So here is my recount.

That was it.
I know it isn't super brave but I can't think of anything
that I have done or someone else I know has done.
I could of written about some plane trips that
were scary but I didn't do anything brave in them.
What's a time where you had to be brave?
Comment your story if you have one.
Until next time...
Bye!

  1. Kia ora,

Great work on completing another Summer Learning Journey activity - keep up the good work. Don’t forget to comment back to blog commenters as well as on others SLJ blog posts to gain extra points.

It sounds like you were incredibly brave doing both of those activities when you are afraid of heights! Ziplining does sounds like it would be fun though. Did you enjoy it in the end? Would you do it again? Well done for accomplishing something that was out of your comfort zone!

Until next time, happy blogging :)
